Will not be filing IPR as they do not meet the 1 yr filing date...the case is over.

They have been MIA through the process....with that, e.Digital filed for default judgment, where the judge ordered a conditional stay on their behalf even though they did not motion for it on their own. Now a second motion has entered the picture and defendant wants to go about it in a different way.

The now follow up issues are, IMVHO, to settle up in avoiding default considerations....injunction.
