Really? We signed a Nunchi license 3 months ago or so and still do not have any idea what the terms are. What past settlements have you heard the terms of? Please let me know where to find the information. What makes you say that the smaller companies will be coming to terms? They now can file for their own IPR if they so choose. We will just have to see how it turns out.
