Message: Pacer: e.Digital Corporation v. Ivideon - 6/30/2016

I think this stuff is difficult to translate at best. Maybe we can take it apart and make some sense of itI.

"Having considered the Stipulation and Joint Motion to Strike Unredacted Filing filed by Plaintiff e.Digital Corporation and Defendants Ivideon LLC (dba Oco Camera), Global Innovations, and New Sight Devices Corp. and good cause appearing therefore, it is hereby ORDERED: The motion to strike is 7he Declaration of Andrey Yudnikov In Support of Motion to Vacate Entry of Default filed as Docket No. 54-3 is hereby stricken and shall be removed from the Court’s public docket forthwith."

The part in italics simply states that EDIG and the defendants have motioned to strike (which the court has agreed to do) the declaration of Andrey Yudnikov, which was made In Support of Motion to Vacate Entry of Default filed as Docket No. 54-3. It appears that only Mr Yudnikov's declaration was stricken (bold). The way I see it, both the default judgment and the Motion to Vacate Entry of Default filed as Docket No. 54-3, are still in force. I could be dead wrong..

Trying to untangle court verbiage is like trying to herd cats. A few well placed punctuation marks would help. What does it mean? Dunno! Fred'll probably explain it to us in his next PR. :>):>):>)
