He's sticking it to Canada on Keystone oil, as a puppet for someone, perhaps southern oil interests. This hydro electric offering is his little, lets say, peace offering before he leaves office.

Simply, we support other countries no matter the cost, product needed or not needed, the deal is done. Canada would have no objections if the oil flows that's for sure.
