Thanks doni, that was my understanding from the SHM. While I spoke with Fred the subject came up that EDIG had at one time been talking with IMS, but when the deal with Wencor happened then they quit talking with IMS. Our discussion was now that IMS and Wencor were unable to partner, perhaps EDIG and IMS should be talking again because they could work together teaming their own techs to create a complete process. Now if Fred followed through on that I don`t know. I was hopeful at the time, but those hopes had dimmed until I read the article I posted yesterday. Fred had said that they EDIG were in talks with the largest content provider.So did IMS do an end run around EDIG? Fred made it seem that they(EDIG) were going to have a deal, or that it was in the bag. But of course until I see it I don`t believe it. Maybe that happened or fell thru, maybe it morphed into something else or maybe IMS really has a total process worked out that doesn`t include EDIG. I wonder if EDIG could do something with IMS if Wencor is still in EDIG`s picture. Perhaps they all got together and created something, which would make the most sense to me. That you concur that EDIG and IMS do diffent things is encouraging to me in that they may need each other to creat a total package.Maybe they already did. Just my hope and wish at this point.
