Leitrim Group Inc., a publicly traded Capital Pool Corporation (CPC) in conjunction with its Qualifying Transaction to acquire all the assets of Savers Plus GTA Inc. and Magnum Fine Commercial Printing Limited, has filed a Preliminary Prospectus in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia with respect to an offering for sale, through Octagon Capital Corporation of up to a maximum of 16,666,667 units. The price of each unit is $0.15 each and consists of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one Leitrim Share at an exercise price of $0.30 until twelve (12) months from the Closing Date. Since this will be a Prospectus Offering (subject to final regulatory approval), there will be no hold on the stock issued to the public. This is open to all residents of Ontario, Albert and British Columbia and there is no need to be an Accredited Investor.

On November 14, 2005, the Company received notification from the Ontario Securities Commission that preliminary receipts of the regulators in each of British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario had been issued for a Preliminary Prospectus for Leitrim dated November 10, 2005. This receipt allows the company to market its offering to the Investment Community in BC, Alberta and Ontario.
