Gotta agree with ya. It may not be safe to assume we`re actually in this. However, the reference to the digE (without naming it you`ll notice - which alone gives rise to caution - but that`s an APS/Wencor trademark/name, right?) though naming those airlines using the digE, with a pretty direct implication that it is the same basic device, is pretty strong evidence (assuming article accuracy).
