Exacty, IMHO the Big Fish in this litigation are "Google, Dropcam, Nest Labs and Arcsolft". They are in my opinion going the distance in Litigation as they have the Bank Dollars to continue. To loose by way of product damages if the Rulings are favorable to eDigital is just a consiquence to them. However, on the other hand attempting to narrow the scope of the "Patents" for thier future product developments in the IOT space is a major focus. The smaller "Fish" Myfox, Ibaby, Miva Tek and others are collateral damamage funding the operation of the fight. My opinions are based on speculations of observing the developments over the years. Moreover, things have changed over time and will continue to change "Daily, Weekly and Monthly in 2016". I'm almost out of popcorn watching this movie come to a thrilling end.
