BOW wanted control...In order to get that control he needed complete control of all of EDig`s IP involved in the DP. EDig was unwilling to deed over all its core technology to BOW and become a subsidiary of Wencor in some back office in Utah, completely losing its identity and ceding control over all future EDig busines to BOW.
