Maybe not....however, you previously posted issues with regard to protection of IP .....technical in this case...re; Creative`s recently announced campaign against Apple.....just prior to your post....
e.Digital does not cross the boundaries of IP belonging to others in order get the job done....and the methodologies are patented.
IMO....somewhere down the line....as the above and similar campaigns take place.....e.Digital`s methods will be weighed in.
