I believe the new SEC rule starts 1/03/05 but has some allowances for settlement timelines. I`m still waiting on a black helo to land on my front lawn and secret agent flash to jump out and expalin what has been going on with the pps.

EDIG`s deliberate attempt to keep things close to the vest is a good thing and they may monitor message boards. Think one of the RB idiots could help us out and list exactly who monitors what at EDIG? I`m sure they know, just ask `em.

My guess (just better than a WAG) is we will get some IFE announcements in Jan and/or Feb. Of course, that assumes some of the airlines in tests during the fall give Wencor a PO. Since the known tests have been good and produces some revs, this is not a large leap. However, it is one of those classic, ``We will know when somebody tells us.`` When the next G IFE systems are FAA approved and ready for production, it could be as late as mid-2005. Darn brain fart, where did hear that before?

Musical and TGE are at CES. Super cheap MP3 and WMF players are available for under $30 (FOB China in container quantities) with any brand screened on them. I`m actually buying a pile to use as promo givaways for guitar packages where the player can be plugged into a small guitar amp and the kid can play along with the songs.

DMPs are a growing market with less margin than most other areas and, IMO, it is the security and flexibility of the EDIG platforms that make them atractive. If you add video, EDIG should do well in the pPVP area and relates to all the new media center toys. We don`t know Richard about who is playing with EDIG, but a Fusion type deal in the US would be s-w-e-e-t.
