IMO

Nest labs is the parent co of Dropcam. Google is the parent co of Nest labs. Alphabet is the parent co of Google

We are suing Nest Labs and dropcam-- as controlled by Nest labs-- for infringement of our 2 newest Nunchi patents; these 2 were not patented yet when we sued dropcam; also because they were not yet patents ------these 2 patents are not the subject of the pending IPRs....

also they were patented over more disclosed prior art. Anybody listening....well only a lowly opinion.
