I could be mistaken, however my recollection is that of 12 issuses 6 were agreed to prior to the hearing--during the hearing Edig won 4, Google won 1, and 1 was a tie or agreed upon by both parties. Definitely a win for us but not total if this is correct. Also, that the Supreme Court is willing to hear the case is a good thing but IMO too early to call it huge before they rule. IF they were to rule that they courts have been too strict in their interpretation of the patents, THAT would be huge.
