STIPULATION TO EXTEND TIME FOR DEFENDANT TO RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF'S COMPLAINT [L.R. 6-1(a)] Plaintiff e.Digital Corporation (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant MYFOX, Inc. (“Defendant”) hereby stipulate and agree, by and through their respective counsel, that Defendant’s last day to respond to the Complaint is continued up to and including February 12, 2016. This Stipulation is not entered into for purposes of delay and this Stipulation will not change or alter the date of any event or any deadline already established by Court order. The parties file this Stipulation pursuant to Civil Local Rule 6-1(a), and understand that their agreement to permit Defendant to respond to the Complaint on or before February 12, 2016 does not require the approval of this Court.
