Why a motion for stay pending IPR at this time...?

schedule dates... proposed ...and ordered

Proposed Deadline for filing Dispositive Motions:

e.Digital:September 9, 2016 .....defendant: August 10, 2016

Court order : Deadline for filing Dispositive Motions.. 9/9/2016

e.Digital: October 10, 2016 ....Defendant: 90 days after orders on dispositive motions, subject to Court’s calendar

Court order trial: Trial 1/9/2017 at 8:30 a.m

The court gave the trail date better aligned with the defendants proposed wishes...

from 9/9/15 to 1/9/16 is 122 days alloted....

IMO, the court has already considered the IPR process and gave it some room. With that room already acknowledged there is no real reason to put off the procedures of the court to trial date.
