We came out substantially ahead in the claims construction rulings, however the defendants were recently granted their request to hold an IPR hearing which will take somewhere between 6 months and one year from now to finalize. Many were hoping that the hearing would not be granted which would have sped things up. The claims construction wins should serve us well in the IPR process and we have not lost anything yet except more time. My take in a nutshell.
