I understand exactly what you are saying about the current status of the patent/IPR process. What I find difficult to believe is that there is not one company out there that would look at what we have to offer and accept it at face value and sign a license agreement without first either stealing or waiting for the patents to be "officially" made viable. So the current patent process is mostly ineffective except that getting a patent granted allows you to sue those that you believe have infringed and fight it out in court for years. The lawyers always win. Do you think that Microsoft, Apple, and Google went through this process with all of their patents or is it just because we are so small, have been taken advantage of in the past, and the thieves believe that they will just out last us financially?
