Where it's nothing more than common sense. Nothing is being leveraged by anyone, not even the company. They are simply following the new rules of the game...which now seem to be backfiring for those that leveraged this new process through congress.

This round the IPRs are not hindering e.Digital like they did with FlashR, they are actually going to enhance the Nunchi patents if they pass the test. This evolution is for all companies that wish to pursue patents on the 6.5 year plan...With that, do it un published prior to patent publishing.

Though time consuming they end up with a better foundation on which to commercialize...in any, way, shape, or form they wish.
