I only recently started buying and accumulating...so I'm now officially concerned with the PPS. I now have about all I require.

I'm gambling on the PTAB outcome. There is now, for me, no other reason for continued DD.

With that, I haven't bought this stock without having split transactions. I don't know if it's because of the way I purchase and split hairs on my orders...or it's a matter of un-availability.

If it is available, the MMs do not want to let go of it easily....splitting hairs over 100ths of a cent.

If it's a matter of unavailability... that's a different animal ....

For either scenario it does not come in one transaction...it's always spilt.

I make that comparison, because we are considering 293 million shares.

That 293 million shares is sitting tight....where ever it is.

Because it is tight ...the MM's paint the tape to induce some form of action.....for people like me.

If I lose, I lose and that's that.
