IMO, the details need to clear the legal hurdles first...if not, you really own nothing. e.Digital does not have to develop anything, they already have. This tech needs to be involved in the big brand names...not as solo brand development .

Keep in mind, that there's really nothing to be gained monetarily by suing Nest at this time.

e.Digital is after legal precedence in hardening NUNCHI. They know what can happen in the future if they do not. Let the judges and the now imposed PTAB considerations do their thing first.

We all know how this system works...it's a wild card until its hardened....if it can be hardened. Do you really want them to venture into uncharted issues only to find out in the future that a judge in CO does not understand your IP? Or a judge in SC will simply walk all over you?

Management know exactly what they are up against...and you should as well after going through all we have.
