This time around, regarding the claim language, it's about the scope of use for the NUNCHI platform in the real world... as the platform relates to and interacts with... entities, people, places and things....etc.

Lets just say, to keep it simple, that the defendants want to limit the claim term language of the NUNCHI platform to "people" only and nothing else but that.

The defendants have it in their mind that the platform was invented for that soul purpose only.

We've gone from "soul memory" use as a favorable condition to e.Digital (electronics).... to soul people use as an unfavorable condition to e.Digital (real world).

e.Digital needs all encompassing to cover all conditions.
