Right, understanding that there is more to it than meets the eye, and further that there are other more complex sensing situations calling for more detailed social templates and advanced hierarchical analysis.

The thermostat example again seems like a simple application, and so the question becomes is Nunchi so broad and far-reaching that is controls this type of activity, or is the activity so simple that we can't control its use and application with our patents.

We should have Markman decision on December 5? I await with great anticipation!
