How do we make money??

We prove we can build a better mousetrap. We then build and implement it ourselves.

We may meet with only limited success since others will surely copy it, but then we can use funds from that success to go after direct infringers that clearly duplicated our ideas - not the patents on their own, but the actual business implementation of those patents. Thus we are not an NPE, but an actual revenue-producing business being hurt by infringing activities. At least that way we'd have a better shot at proving infringement and real damages.

In the meantime someone may notice and want to buy us - since we've now demonstrated actual value.
