Rsixshter, from smans post RE:Ivideon ventures...

June ,8 ,2015

"The Ivideon system – which has received backing from Philips and Samsung – is designed to work with any existing cameras including those on personal computers and laptops. The cameras capture video and audio from a given environment and upload the data to Ivideon’s cloud storage system. The client can access the cloud server remotely through a mobile device and view the images live.

The startup claims that its system already has around a million subscribers in Russia, the United States and Europe. "

With a default judgement against the entities, most likely there willl be an injunction that would prohibit future sales of the accused products....e.g "Cameras that already come with Ivideon’s operating system – such as the In.Sight and the SmartCam, are able to act as motion detectors and alarm the client in real time when they are triggered."

There seems to be two different versions of tech based on "Ivideon’s operating system"

Reading the first paragraph above, it alludes to an add on issue to existing. Where it implements a capture and upload feature.... which does not appear to allow for real-time streaming issues. This could be a bit of a challange to chase if it has the ability to function as the offered devices..."that alreadycome with Ivideon’s operating system".

The products noted and offered do seem a bit more sophisticated needing full time connection to WiFi, they read similar to DropCam. Where WiFi is not noted for existing camera configurations.

IMVHO, Do not respond to the court filings....default judgment with injunction on products.
