I was also at that meeting of shareholders on that date. Unfortunately, not many attended. This past meeting being Vertual met the ears of all interested in the goings-on at eDigital and it's technologies. The direction the company is traveling is to license it's technology. The challenge is knowing the game being played and making the necessary adjustments. Being in the game before the proliferation of evolving products with the rules of the game is "Golden". IMHO
