Google having till Nov 5, 2015 to file an IPR....and I'm certain they have read ArcSofts 417 page IPR challange.

My consideration...Filing the IPR kills the settlement.... a half baked settlement.

e.Digital must stand strong...."Google, file your IPR....we will not contest it"
