I expected to be able to discern SOME level of increased settlement monies following the claims construction wins, if not they were a complete waste of time and legal fees--I personally will take no blame for setting expectations too high when the settlement wins came in anemic.

Unfortunately not achievable seems to be the the over riding theme, right there with the blind leading the blind--IMO

Certainly the future of the company is Nunchi and Micro Signet especially in view of the fact that the flash patents are almost all expired and as of right now our future lies in three Nunchi law suits, the results of a very important Markman hearing concerning such, and no one knows what with Micro Signet. It would be especially nice to get some clarity on MS during the virtual stock holders meeting. We will see.
