My understanding is that EDIG was first to file...??? Anyone else think or KNOW that is the case? I think that months ago there was a post here about it.

This seems like a very important subject to be discussing here? Or is there just not enough info to initiate a discussion?

Does it mean that in some way that EDIG and FB are working together? Or that they are at odds with each other? Wasn't there some mention of a hint/wonder if EDIG and FB were in communication together? Did FB receive a sample of the Nunchi tech ( as Fred mentioned at the last live SHM that 50 plus companies were given sample to consider) ????
