This 1st quarter result is totally unacceptable and I think Falk should resign and frankly I question the Board and their affectiveness. No wonder there is no formal shareholder meeting , too much embarrassment for Falk to deal with. Now he creates "Pluto" to string out the shareholder's interest further . I'm beginning to think he is the great "Flim-Flap" man of the last two decades. I think someone mentioned before , why don't the Board replace Falk with Handle and get rid of the $200,000 payroll baggage. What can we do? Comments?
