When looking at the dismissal dates, EDIG will probably recognize the settlement money in the second and third quarter 2016. IN MY OPINION> ;-)

Almost all of the Patent 108 cases are in the process of dismissal. If the spreadsheet rows are GREEN, they are being dismissed. The TRANSISTION to defending the NUNCHI Patents is in FULL SWING. I suppose we should say GOODBYE to the FLASH R PATENT PORTFOLIO and HELLO to NUNCHI.

I'm really HOPING that NUNCHI lives up to its POTENTIAL.... as the saying goes... WE SHALL SEE. I'll be singing its praises if it does.... NUNCHI in the morning, NUNCHI in the evening, NUNCHI at suppertime... LOLOL
