I just did our accounts online with Fidelity.

Note: it says votes are required by Sept 2.

I also recall reading during the VSHM votes can be done then if logged in.

This makes sense as they always ask if anyone has not voted at a face to face SHM, handing out forms as needed...watched 2 guys do so at the 9-17-08 SHM.

It's so easy to sign up for electronic delivery of all notices on Fidelity (or any other site you use) for voting it's a snap in seconds, and you can enter your email address to receive a confirmation when the vote is confirmed.

The confirmation came in 15 seconds.
