is less than 1K..................... What is that telling us? Except for us here, not many care about the shareholder meeting announcement and many do not care to buy this stock at this low price.

Maybe soon Fred (Alfred) and company can make an announcement we can all agree on and that brings in new investors!

And I am wondering how the shareholders of record for voting can be back dated from the date of the announcement??? And why did they pick July 7th? ( Did I get that wrong or miss something? Is there a new "unfriendly" shareholder after that -7-7 date? TIA. )
