If EDig's intent is to reach the masses=all shareholders, then why not conduct a hybrid meeting like other companies have? Webcast and live event? IMO if the goal is just to save money and fulfill a requirement, then management is not fulfilling their obligation to the shareholders. This meeting is a pivitol point in Edig's history. Some shareholders want to see and "Nunchi" Fred when hearing the company's roadmap from here.
