So one of the Nunchi defendants among several that were bundled was dismissed--the others are still being pursued. So does this mean that Edig realized that this defendant was not infringing but still believes that the others are or did this defendant settle and the others are, for now, still fighting? And evidently news does leak out sometimes and someone felt this was significant enough of an occurrance to step up and buy some shares. We shall see.
