You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
This has been a pattern lately--down significantly early and then coming back some in the pm. Looks ugly right now on my stock page. When there are no buyers and one person wants to sell the mm's can have their way with that person.
