In the 10K:

"As of June 4, 2015, 60 defendants had agreed to license and settlement terms during the course of related enforcement litigation."

78 versus 60.....

60 during litigation. So 18 licensed outside litigation based on a (Notice and) solicitation to negotiate.

Did we know this? Could some of those 18 be recent (like maybe most of them and in the last few months?).

Please help me escape my confusion!
