Only claims against Mouser with respect to products produced by Greenliant Systems, Inc., which are sold by Mouser and are at issue in this case, are dismissed. Also before the Court is the Parties' Notice of Settlement and Joint Motion to Continue All Deadlines Pending Settlement. (ECF No. 29.)
