IMO, on several fronts Fred, EDIG management and the BOD have performed well under dire circumstances.

We're alive and kicking, they have commissioned an outstanding law firm to represent our interests , our balance sheet is cleaner and there is money in the bank.

That's all we know. Our company's silence on so many issues is incredibly frustrating.

I've said this in the past however, the real and only true "report card" for management and the BOD's performance is the level of creation of shareholder equity.

At the end of the day, value creation for the shareholders is managements and the BOD primary fiduciary responsibility.

These jobs are not lifetime appointments ( or shouldn't be).

Thus far, EDIG's management and the BOD have not been able to move the shareholder value creation needle.
