I'll give an example...

I called him many months ago...last year some time (?) asking he highlight in the Q press releases important stats, accomplishments and use bullet points to draw attention to the info...take a look at the last few PR's.

The main point though...saying things here is fine but does it get to Fred?

I'm not advocating we bombard him with emails and demand answers, but communicate your thoughts and do it in a non confrontational manner.
