I certainly hope you are right, but the many long time knowledgable share holders on this board as well as the market say delirium is not appropriate, so maybe that is a bit of a misinterpretation. If this is such a water shed moment, certainly there would be some, even temporary, jump up in volume and share price caused by those "in the know" wanting to get in.
