How do you calculate the value of the flash R patents?

Would your valuation of above change if '108 had a continuation pending? Not saying it does, but it appears to have a new examiner assignment, this examiner is not either of the examiners on the published '108 patent, the 6/6/2015 entry appears to be unrelated to the IPR requesting termination on the Micron case and the IPR pending on the Microsemi case......
