I hear your point, but litigating the flash patents and litigating the Nunchi patents is totally different from a timing standpoint. If we had had Handal on board in 1999 with the same game plan as currently in place with Nunchi, we would not be reading Agora....we would be out sailing in blue water. Hopefully putting our stake in the ground now with the Nunchi patents at the time of initial emergence of IoT development will allow us to win our prize.
