This does reveal that my prior understanding of our status was very inaccurate. My apologies to the board. I did beg corrections from those more aware, but only a couple and corrections were incorporated....

Along these lines, in reviewing the list/info, it appears to me that Logic Supply should be "delisted". EDIG's Notice of Voluntary Dismissal strongly suggests a settlement occurred. Either that or EDIG suddenly determined that Logic Supply products do not infringe (which seems highly unlikely). In either case, the dispute is resolved and no longer "open".
