Iam, we have been through this before. Final rejection does not mean final rejection. It means you have the opportunity to change some wording/fine tune the patent and have it looked at again with those changes made. Doesn't mean it will be approved, but likewise does not mean it is done. They use other verbage to say it is finally rejected.
