This is precisely why the business model of suing after the fact will only minimally "work" and a positive court decision is paramount to getting income so the stock price can move up. Or, even better, have someone sign a licensing agreement without having to go through the legal process. The one that really got me is "provide/provides/providing" oh yeah, and "accurate". Whatever happened to "plain and ordinary meaning"? How many lawyers does it take to change a light bulb? Why 4 of course, 1 to change the bulb, 1 to sue the ladder manufacturer if the changer falls, 1 to sue he homeowner because he knows he has insurance, and 1 to determine the definition of light bulb. That's it, I'm done.
