It appears that there is a language that is foriegn to us peon's. Speaking english so that we can all understand seems to be avoided. Lawyers do that so that most of us don't understand thre technicals. That in itself is criminal. Language should mean one thing and needs not be deciphered and chopped up so that it becomes meaningless except to lawyers. This whole thing is becoming a farce and nothing but B.S. The questions of whether they infringed or not becomes muddled because they call into question a single word and then they do their act. 16 years of this crappola and going and some times i have to wonder why?
