Its clear to me... the settlement train keeps moving along for Patent 108 and the log jam has been partially busted.

IMO, it looks as if most will see the writing on the wall and settle.... but others will just have to be convinced. Most likely the ones that have the most to lose will hire the best lawyers in the U.S. to plead their case.... like yesterday when Frank Scherkenbach http://www.fr.com/frank-e-scherkenbach/ was added to represent Lenovo, Spansion, etc.
