Amazing. Boyer`s partner is a lawyer and they make this blunder. Maybe Boyer took a lesson in underhandedness from Brent; made an offer to buy to get access to the competition`s proprietary info (ala IMS), bailed, then tried an end run. What about ``Non-Compete`` didn`t he (or his lawyer/partner) understand? Could be a costly mistake.... Anyone in the market for a Piper Chiefton on the cheap? LOL
