As I have stated and hate to repeat myself with the law written inj such detail one has to wonder why it is that it is not followed and still left up to opionion and not law for decisions to be made. All this crappola is just that. The rich and those well placed get all the breaks and those who have done all their home work from inventing to getting the patent get the finger. I don't care who the judge is they all can be bought.
