It means the IPR date of 12-31-2014 is in effect.

It means that Purcell will respond to the IPR as of that date.

It means that purceel will respond by the 29th of Apr.

It means the PTAB will the review the petition...and review Purcells response to the petition...where within three monts make a decision as to hear the petition or not.
